Hybrid Mode

Thanks to its hybrid design, the transceiver operates in both PoC and DMR modes. By combining traditional analog/DMR functionality with internet-based PoC capabilities, this device is an ideal solution for users looking to expand their existing DMR fleet with PoC transceivers—or vice versa. The traditional DMR mode operates on UHF or VHF frequencies and provides digital data transmission (be sure to specify whether you want the UHF or VHF model before purchasing). The DMR feature complies with the ETSI DMR standard, ensuring compatibility with various DMR devices such as Hytera, Motorola, Caltta, Icom, etc.

The internet-based PoC mode requires a PoC application, such as the ANIPOC system offered by our company. By installing and configuring the app, the Inrico IRC380 transceiver can easily be integrated into the PoC fleet, enabling unlimited communication range. It is only compatible with the PoC fleet for which you have installed the PoC application on the device! If you'd like to connect DMR and PoC fleets with the Inrico IRC380 transceiver, simply select the gateway function in the settings. This way, the device will act as a gateway, facilitating two-way communication between DMR and PoC modes.
