eChat E700 by ZTE’s subsidiary Caltta, is a smart Android device, sharing features in common with mobile phones, but it’s a professional PoC, as usually called broadband or IP transceiver. The large LCD screen makes it easy to manage the Android features.  The touchscreen enables the user to check the geographic location of group members or recording conversations of a talk group, thus facilitating efficient organisation of work projects. With its rounded shape, IP54 protection, robust and abrasion resistant housing, the eChat E700 PoC IP transceiver can be reliably used in any industry. The 4000 mAh battery will last even for longer working days.

New server-side voice recording feature available for eChat customers! It can be activated free of charge on all eChat transceiver fleets and dispatch systems. It allows you to record all voice communications on your eChat system, which is saved on the server even while your dispatcher console is offline.

With two-way radio systems, by default we only have audio communication, i.e. we communicate by talking. However, in many cases it can be useful if the dispatcher or a senior radio operator can also communicate visually with the user. This is possible with the eChat video call licence.
