The eChat E360 PoC internet-based transceiver is designed to be the ideal choice for most industries: its size and solid grip, the large colour LCD screen, the high-capacity battery and the easy-to hear sound volume level are features needed for a great variety of jobs.

The transceiver’s IP54 protection makes it usable in industrial and humid environments. The menu system is available in several languages and navigation on the high contrast LCD screen is very easy using the tactile multifunction knob on top of the device. The high-capacity, 5100 mAh batteries, the desktop docking charger ensure that the power will last long shifts, and should that still be not enough, the transceiver can also be charged from standard USB C-type chargers.* 

*USB charger and C-type charging cable are available as optional accessories.
 

eChat PoC IP transceivers connect to a central eChat server - operated by our company - via a mobile SIM card or Wifi network, thus, national and even international coverage can be provided without professional radios and expensive repeaters.

New server-side voice recording feature available for eChat customers! It can be activated free of charge on all eChat transceiver fleets and dispatch systems. It allows you to record all voice communications on your eChat system, which is saved on the server even while your dispatcher console is offline.
